My background i s in the corporate world and I have incorporated the strengths that made me very successful in that environment into my career in Real Estate on Martha’s Vineyard. A life-long Vineyard summer resident, I had the opportunity to move to the Island from Vermont in 2008. I started Homes on Martha’s Vineyard (HMV), a full-service real estate sales and vacation rental agency. As Managing Broker for HMV and now with The Vineyard Life brokered by exp Realty, I have developed a thorough understanding of the unique nature of the MV real estate market. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I worked management-level positions in a variety of advertising, hospitality, non-profit and technology-based industries in New York City, Boston and Vermont. My professional experience includes: Director of Communications for the Vermont State Chamber of Commerce/Vermont Hospitality Association; managing a full-service advertising agency, publishing a recreational magazine and being paid to ride snowmobiles in Alaska and Vermont as Communications Manager for a 45,000-member non-profit organization. While my professional background has been diverse, my focus has remained the consistent – be passionate about what you do in a location that you love with people you respect. Living on Martha’s Vineyard has allowed me to continue this lifestyle. I chose to work at The Vineyard Life because its agency philosophy aligns with my personal beliefs and my goal is to help my clients realize their dreams of the Vineyard Life.

Kimberly Biggs

Kimberly moved to Martha’s Vineyard year-round from Chatham, NJ in 2010 after spending numerous summers here with her family. She made the move so the children could be closer to their grandparents and be raised in a wholesome, safe, community based environment. Kimberly is a homeowner in Vineyard Haven and resides with her 3 children, boy/girl twins Dylan and Anabelle, and daughter Ashley. She frequently can be found cheering on her active children at the Hockey Rink, Lacrosse or Track fields, or riding ring at the barn. Kimberly is also the owner of the children’s Boutique Bibi’s located on Main Street, Vineyard Haven. Her meticulous attention to detail, customer service, communication, and thoroughness are why clients seek her out to help them find the right property that fits their needs. Joanna Fairchild

Joanna has been a year round resident of Martha’s Vineyard since 1995. Prior to live on the island, Joanna was a pubic relations and event executive in Boston, MA. She managed her own consulting business and held positions at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, the Sheraton Tara Hotels, Reebok International, Harvard University, Bank of America and Arnold Worldwide Advertising. Once on Martha’s Vineyard, Joanna started a business in Oak Bluffs called High Rollers, providing roller skating fun to the summer tourists. In 2005 She founded Vineyard Coach & Concierge, a transportation and event planning company. In 2013 Joanna sold her company and now combines her love of being a wedding planner with her passion for real estate. In addition to real estate sales and rentals, Joanna is an ambassador for the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Vineyard Hills Homeowners Association.

Currently working as an associate at the Martha’s Vineyard Bank she loves to work at the real estate office when she has a free day, putting her new skills to use. Previously, she worked at the Kelley House as well as an independent travel agent and tour guide. Using her special skills from a career in hospitality is the perfect match for new clients looking to buy or sell or home on the Island. Valentina was born and raised in Moldova in Eastern Europe. During her summer vacations she came to USA to explore a different culture and to enjoy meeting new people. After spending several years working on the Island, Valentina realized that Martha’s Vineyard has a special place in her heart and moved here permanently in 2014. After years of managing one of the most popular and busiest coffee shops in Edgartown and making many friends as well as loyal relationships with the customers. She took her skills to another level by getting her real estate license and joined The Vineyard Life, LLC as a sales agent and a Massachusetts Realtor®. Valentina prides herself on being honest, trustworthy and enthusiastic. These are traits she has brought to all her endeavors. Valentina resides in West Tisbury with her fiancé and is looking forward to planning her wedding in 2022.
