From Boston to Woods Hole:
Take the Southeast Expressway – Route 93 South to fork at end. Bear right, staying on Route 93 South toward Route 95. Stay on the left, as you will soon come to Exit 4. Bear left, heading toward Brockton, Fall River. Continue to Route 495 South and exit on the right toward Cape Cod. Continue over the Cape Cod Canal on the Bourne Bridge and follow Route 28 to Woods Hole.

From the Northern and Western Suburbs of Boston to Woods Hole:
Take Interstate 95 South (also known in Massachusetts as Route 128) to Interstate 93 North toward Braintree/Cape Cod. After you leave Interstate 95, get in the right lane. Take Exit 4 toward Brockton, Fall River. Continue to Route 495 South and exit on the right toward Cape Cod. Continue over the Cape Cod Canal on the Bourne Bridge and follow Route 28 to Woods Hole.

From New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island to Woods Hole:
Take Interstate 95 North to Providence, Rhode Island. Then, follow the Cape Cod indicators to Interstate 195. At the end, take a right onto Route 25 East to Cape Cod. Cross over the Cape Cod Canal on the Bourne Bridge and follow Route 28 to Woods Hole.
